Terms of use
1. What WorldStream is
WorldStream is software that shows and plays publicly available channel lists (a client). WorldStream does not operate television channels, does not host streams, records nothing and never passes streams through its own servers.
2. Where the channels come from
Channel data comes from open community projects, mainly iptv-org, and from open playlists (for example Free-TV, iptv-com, M3UPT). Programme guides come from open XMLTV sources. The streams are provided by third parties. WorldStream is not affiliated with the broadcasters, with iptv-org or with these projects, and is neither endorsed nor reviewed by them.
3. Availability
Whether a channel plays is decided by its provider alone. Channels may stop, move or disappear at any time. Some channels can only be played in apps; WorldStream Web marks them. There is no entitlement to the availability of individual channels, programme data or the service.
4. Regional restrictions and rights
Some channels are licensed only in certain countries. WorldStream respects these restrictions and offers no means to bypass them. All rights to programmes, names and logos belong to their respective owners. Please use WorldStream only within the laws that apply in your country.
5. Reporting problems
If an entry does not belong in an open list, please report it to info@itartsupport.com and to the project concerned. We remove reported entries from WorldStream's helper services as soon as there is a legitimate reason.
6. Liability
WorldStream is provided free of charge and without warranty. We are not responsible for third-party content accessed through the listed streams. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability, for example for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected.
7. Privacy
How WorldStream handles data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain reserved.
